Description

--A personal project showcasing portal implemented with the Unreal Physics Engine. The project is a demo demonstrating portal, it also features standard movements including Walking, Running, Jumping with double jump, Sliding, Wallrun, WallClimbing. In the default mode, the player can also grapple(pathfinder from apex legends/titanfall style) and flash(tracer from overwatch style). The demo map is meant to allow free movement, but it is still using default map hence the game may crash if you fall off the edge.

Controls

--WASD to move around

--MOUSE to look around

--Hold Shift to run

--SPACE to jump and double jump

--CTRL to crouch, crouch with enough horizontal momentum to slide

--Move into a wall with enough upwards momentum to wall climb

--Move into a wall with enough parallel momentum to wall run

--LEFT MOUSE BUTTON to fire grappling hook, and when grappled, crouch to cancel grapple(3s cooldown if successful/1s cooldown if unsuccessful, cannot grapple through portal)

--RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON to flash forward(1s cooldown)

--B to switch between portal gun and the default movement

--LEFT MOUSE BUTTON in portal mode to fire blue portal

--RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON in portal mode to fire blue portal

--LEFT MOUSE BUTTON in AR mode to fire bullets

--HOLD RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON in AR mode to aim down sight

--1 and 2 while hoding the gun to toggle between assault rifle(1), and portal gun(2)

Contribution

This is a personal project, therefore the entire game was made by myslef without external help.
